This Management Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the ___ day of _________, 2002 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS (“City”), a municipal corporation and home-rule city of the State of Texas situated in Brazos County, acting by and through its governing body, the City Council, TAC REALTY, INC. (“TAC”), a Texas corporation (City and TAC are collectively referred to as the “Owners”), and CRESTLINE HOTELS & RESORTS, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Management Company").
