This Annex shall be for the purpose of collaboration with iRocket to advance delivery of payloads ranging in mass from 300 kg to 1500 kg to either low earth orbit (LOE) or geosynchronous orbit. iRocket wishes to leverage the unique capabilities, expertise, and knowledge of NASA in multiple technology areas to help to optimally design and develop such capabilities for both NASA and commercial missions. This collaboration is intended to advance the reusable commercial space-related efforts by facilitating access by iRocket to NASA's extensive resources including facilities, technical expertise, hardware, and software.
