These Terms apply to the services listed in Schedule 1 we provide from within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). If you are not a customer of GFI Brokers Limited or GFI Securities Limited or their respective branches then the Terms and any protections or rights stated herein will not apply to our relationship with you.
