This Tempo Agreement (this “Tempo Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (the “Customer”), and T2 Systems, Inc., an Indiana corporation (“T2”), each on behalf of itself and for the benefit of their respective Affiliates and Subsidiaries (as defined herein). You accept the terms of this Agreement through (i) your signature on a quote for the Services (as defined below), (ii) use of the Services, or (iii) continuing the use of the Services after being notified of a change of these terms. T2 and Customer are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
