Ankara University and National University o f Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Parties'), mutually agree to establish partnership to promote friendship, cultural and educational ties and to encourage an exchange o f ideas and information between the two institutions. The collaboration will be carried out on a basis o f equality and mutual advantage, taking into account current possibilities.
