The Employee Relations Board (ERB) certified the Fiscal and Policy Professionals Association (FPPA or Association) as the majority representative of the Senior Administrative Analysts and Administrative Analysts Unit (Unit) on October 22, 2007. As such, the City of Los Angeles (Management) hereby recognizes FPPA as the exclusive representative of employees in the Unit. The term "employee,β as used herein, shall refer only to employees in the classifications listed in the appendices to this Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) as well as such classes that may be added hereafter to the Unit by the ERB.
