This LICENSE AND RELATED SERVICES AGREEMENT, including all exhibits hereto (collectively the “Agreement”), is entered into as of February 15, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Public Consulting Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts (“PCG”), and Washoe County School District, with its administrative offices located at 425 East 9th Street, Reno, NV 89512 (“School System”).
