This Network Integration Transmission Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is entered into this 1st Day of August, 2010, by and between American Electric Power Service Corporation as Agent for Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Southwestern Electric Power Company, ("Network Customer"), and Southwest Power Pool, Inc.
