This Agreement is entered into by and between Stephen Underwood (Underwood), and the undersigned CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (EIA) and governs the procurement and ongoing use of the legal services described in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective beginning July 1, 2020, and shall terminate June 30, 2021. The Agreement may be renewed thereafter on such terms as mutually agreed upon by the aforementioned parties.
