THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the date set forth on the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”), by and between Affiliated Contractors Alliance LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ACA”) and the undersigned contractor (“Member”). Each of Member and ACA may be referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as the “parties”.
