Grainger, Inc., 100 Grainger Parkway, Lake Forest, IL 60045, and Acklands-Grainger, Inc., 123 Commerce Valley Drive East, Suite 700, Thornhill, ON L3T 7W8, collectively referred to in the attached Proposal as, “Grainger North America” (separately and collectively herein, Supplier).
