This Inmate Telephone Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC, d/b/a ICSolutions (“ICS”), having its principal place of business at 2200 Danbury Street, San Antonio, TX 78217, and Winnebago County, WI (the “County”) having its principal address as set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
