Public Joint-Stock Company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS (Moscow Exchange) (the “Technical Center”, “Exchange” or “TC”), as one party, and the User as the other party, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually a “Party”, agree with these terms and conditions of the Integrated IT Service Agreement (the "Integrated Technology Service Agreement", "Agreement" or the "ITS Agreement") concluded by way of adhesion to these terms (the “Terms”) published on Moscow Exchange’s website at http://moex.com/a1819, in the form set out in Appendix to the Terms.
