This Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of Classical Public Radio Network, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into by and between the Company and the University of Southern California (the “Member”), effective as of March 21, 2014, and supersedes the original Operating Agreement and any and all amendments and supplements thereto.
