This Chapter 380 Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a home rule municipality in the State of Texas, (the “City”), and Malouf Interests, Inc., a limited liability company in the State of Texas (“Developer”), acting by and through their respective authorized officers and representatives, effective as of the hereinafter defined Effective Date.
