This owner agreement ("Owner Agreement") provides the terms for TurnKey Vacation Rentals, Inc.’s ("TurnKey", “us” or “we”) vacation rental management services (the "Services") for the owner or authorized representative ("Owner" or "you") of your vacation rental unit ("Unit") for rental guests (“Guests”). This Owner Agreement will apply to the Services as of the earlier of: (a) the date you sign our Owner Agreement; or (b) the date you use any Services, including our Site or accepting our bookings or payments (the "Effective Date").
