This Software as a Service (SaaS) License Agreement ("Agreement") is effective upon the date of your initial access to PIC’s WooSOS™ application (“Effective Date”) and constitutes an agreement between your organization ("Licensee") and PIC ("Licensor"). Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
