If your company (“Company”) resides in the European Union and you are a paid client of Azurative LLC (“Data Processor” or “Processor”) whose account is in good standing, then this Data Processing Agreement is a part of your terms and conditions for the usage of CloudRadial. This Agreement is otherwise a part of, is subject to, and is governed by the Processor’s Terms of Service and is only in effect while the Client is under a paid subscription for its service for the related Client data.
