DART requires a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for the production, installation and repair of external bus wrap on three (3) Gillig 40 ft. buses. This BPO will be a multi-year agreement. Work will have to be performed within limited time available for production and installation, contractor will be allowed 7 to10 days to complete the production and installation of these three (3) buses.
