SETTLEMENT BULLETIN-Year Agreement • July 9th, 2012
On April 25, 2012, the musicians of the Louisville Orchestra ratified a one-year agreement that runs from June 1, 2012 and ends May 31, 2013. This agreement comes after a full season in which the orchestra was locked out following the expiration of the previous agreement on May 31, 2011, while the orchestra was still in Chapter 11 “reorganization” bankruptcy which occurred in December of 2010.
