This THIRD AMENDMENT TO MASTER REPURCHASE AND SECURITIES CONTRACT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 27, 2023 (this “Amendment”), is made by and between ACRC LENDER MS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), and MORGAN STANLEY BANK, N.A., a national banking association (together with its successors and assigns, “Buyer”).
