This Amendment Number 2 (“Amendment”) is made on the date of execution by the County and amends Arlington County Agreement Number 16-342-ITB-LW, dated July 7, 2016 (“Agreement as Amended”) and made between SimplexGrinnell, LP., 22712 Commerce Center Court, Suite 114, Dulles, VA 20166 (“Contractor”), a limited partnership authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia (“County”).
