The old Dogpatch amusement park has been closed for decades. All manmade structures are in dangerous disrepair and are unsafe to enter, climb or walk upon. All bridges and towers are unsafe to cross or climb. The land in and around the park has many cliffs, waterfalls and other naturally dangerous features. Collectively, the Property is unsafe and dangerous for any activity. That being said, the Owners will grant you a temporary access (December 6th, 2014) to the Property at a mutually agreed time under the following stipulations:
