THIS FUNDING GRANT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered this 1st day of April, 2023, between the Village of Oak Park, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”) and Collaboration for Early Childhood Care and Education, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Grantee”).
