Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written bilateral contract executed prior to tender, the following Service Terms and Conditions as set forth on Above and Beyond, Inc.’s website at www.aboveandbeyondiad.com constitute the entire Agreement between Above and Beyond, Inc. and Customer for any services booked with Above and Beyond, Inc.
