This Project Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Nevada, represented by the Nevada Department of Conservation (“STATE”), and the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, Nevada (“GRANTEE”) (referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”). This Agreement is effective upon the signature of all Parties to the Agreement. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter 490 Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Commission on Off-Highway Vehicles (“Program”).
