This indenture made this 21st is of May one thousand eight hundred and eighty five between Robert Rutter Corbould of Ballarat in the Colony of the Victoria Tailor of the one part (hereinafter designated the said Assignor) and William Moxon Bean of the same place Merchant (hereinafter designated the said trustee) of the other part. Whereas a manager has been agreed upon and is intended to be shortly solemnised between the said assignor and Clara Louisa Bean of Ballarat aforesaid spinster a daughter of the said trustee And whereas upon V. treaty for the said marriage it was agreed that the said assignor should settle an issue of the chattels and effects described in the schedule here in underwritten and reached at the time of the execution hereof are the property of the said the Clara Louisa Bean for her benefit and should assign and assure the same into the said William Moxon on being as a trustee for the said Clara Louisa Bean upon the trusts here in after declared.
