This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for an Owner’s Representative to oversee the construction work associated with the City of Wilsonville’s new Public Works Operations Complex Project is made and entered into on this day of 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Cumming Management Group, Inc., a California corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
