Temporary License Agreement between St. Johns County Fire Rescue and KingsTemporary License Agreement • June 12th, 2023
Kingdom Development Group, Inc. ("KDG") owns property located at 2121 US 1, St. Augustine, FL formerly known as the Ponce Mall. Fire Rescue and KDG desire to enter into a Temporary License Agreement whereby Fire Rescue may use a portion of the property for the purpose of non- destructive training, including but not limited to firefighter rescue and/ or mayday skills and scenarios, search and rescue training, and other related firefighting skill development. KDG is offering the property as part of its community outreach program, at no cost to the County, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Fire Rescue requests the Board approve the terms and conditions of the Temporary License Agreement and authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the County.
