This Clearing Link Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [ ] (the “Agreement Date”) between EUREX CLEARING AG, Frankfurt, a German corporation (“Eurex Clearing”), and THE CLEARING CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“The Clearing Corporation”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1 of this Agreement.
