This RE-SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement) by and between (the “Customer) and Rx Smart Gear, Inc. (the “Company”) and shall define the terms and conditions for Customer’s purchase of the Products and Customer’s non-exclusive right to resale the Products to their clients (“End Users”). The terms and conditions of this agreement shall remain in effect until modified, replaced or terminated by the Company, which may modify any term of this Agreement at any time upon seven (7) days notice to Customer.
