This Support Services Agreement ("Agreement") is hereby made and entered into effective July 9, 2015 ("Effective Date") by and between Universal Solutions Initiative, Incorporated, with a principal office located at 1101 McMurtrie Drive, Suite C-1, Huntsville, Alabama 35806 (hereinafter “Consultant” or "USi") and the Huntsville City Board of Education with a principal place of business at 200 White Street Southeast, Huntsville, Alabama 35801 (hereinafter “Huntsville City Schools” or “HCS” or “District”). District and Consultant may be referred to hereinafter as a Party, or collectively as the Parties.
