This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between BMI Janitorial Group, 423 S. 162nd Street, Omaha, NE 68118 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated October 12, 2021, executed under County Contract C-21-0742, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on October 12, 2021, for Cleaning Services for County & PBC Offices, Quote No. 6435, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
