This Consignment Agreement constitutes our agreement that we will offer, based on your entrustment, the works of art and othe r items listed below ("Goods") for sale at our auction in our name, effective upon issuance of our acceptance letter to the Seller in response to its offer acknowledging, by filling with necessary items, the following Sales Consignment Rules and the Auction Rules . The Seller hereby guarantees that it possesses the entire title of the Goods, and the details of the consignment including, among others, illustration fee and commission are agreed up on as below.
