This Agreement shall override any terms and conditions contained in or referred to in any document from the Customer and shall supersede all prior agreements, offers and discussions (oral or written) between the parties regarding the subject matter of the Agreement. No amendment or variation may be made to this Agreement unless agreed (as an amendment or variation) in writing by an authorised officer of TNBN. If this Agreement has not been executed by the Customer prior to the commencement of the Services it shall be binding on the Customer when the Customer accepts the Services.
