The Westfield Parks and Recreation Department goal is to provide safe and fun play experiences in our parks. The City, for the last 14 years, has operated an incredibly popular Splash Pad at our Quaker Park location. The Splash pad has offered a safe and enjoyable experience for many of Westfields residents and visitors alike.
