THIS AGREEMENT entered into this first day of January, 2018, by and between, the Moorhead Economic Development Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “MEDA” and the Moorhead Business Association, a Minnesota corporation organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as “MBA”.
