This is an agreement between UK Biobank Limited on the one hand and the Collaborating Institution ( ) on the other hand. The Collaborating Investigator is not a party to the MTA; however, UK Biobank requires that the Collaborating Investigator acknowledges that the provisions of this MTA have been “read and understood” by the Collaborating Investigator so that they are fully aware of their Institute’s obligations to both UK Biobank and to UK Biobank’s participants.
