Landlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Standard Industrial/Commercial Single-Tenant Lease—Net dated as of October 25, 2002, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated March 24, 2003 for the Premises described herein and that certain Second Amendment to Lease Agreement dated January 1, 2004 for the premises described herein (collectively, the “Original Lease”). In order to clarify intent and language in the Original Lease, the parties hereby enter into this Agreement, which is intended to replace and supersede the Original Lease.
