and the DeKalb County School District (hereinafter “DCSD”), with its principal place of business at 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083. The INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and DCSD are referred to herein jointly as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” In consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties to this Agreement do hereby covenant and agree as follows:
