This Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into as of the date of execution between the Department of Children and Family Services (“DCFS”), the Illinois County of Rock Island (“County”) (collectively, the "Parties" and each a "Party"), pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 5 ILCS 220/1 et seq., and in accordance with Section 5-655 of the Civil Administrative Code, 20 ILCS 5/5-655.
