This Contract (the “Contract”) entered into this 15th day of October, 2022 (effective date), is by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Family Assistance Ministries, a California nonprofit corporation, (“Contractor”). County and Contractor may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by County Executive Office or an authorized designee (“Administrator”).
