(hereinafter referred to as LSHG) and recognizing that this program will involve activities which because of the close proximity to water are inherently dangerous, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, personal representative(s) and heirs, voluntarily assume all risk of accident or injury and release and forever discharge LSHG and/or its respective employees, officers and agents from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind sustained in association with participation in this program, whether such personal injury or property damage is caused by the negligence of LSHG, and/or its respective employees, officers and agents.
