This Second Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of January 26, 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), amends Exhibit 1 of the above referenced Grant Agreement (as amended, the “Agreement”), entered into by and between the Central California Alliance for Health (the “Alliance”) and Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (“Grantee”).
