Pursuant to the state Uniform Arbitration Act and the Federal Arbitration Act, the parties agree that any dispute or claim arising from any contract or agreement between the parties, including but not limited to any dispute over the existence, enforceability, terms, or performance of any contract or agreement, shall be resolved only by binding arbitration before Conciliators, LLC, using the Rules of Arbitration of Conciliators, LLC. Each party agrees that any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment upon any arbitration decision rendered by Conciliators, LLC, and each party to this Agreement consents to any such judgment.
