This General Terms and Conditions of contract (Here in after referred as “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the contractual relationship between the purchaser and the supplier (the one who participates in the bid of the purchaser to purchase Supply, installation, implementation and commissioning of Sage 300 ERP(Sage300 latest version, 2018 or more latest version and won the bid), including all future agreements, amendments and modifications of this agreements and deliveries until the Terms and Conditions are released in a new version and unless the Parties do not agree otherwise.
