This Investment Management Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between the Board of Regents (the “U. T. Board”) of The University of Texas System (the “U. T. System”) and The University of Texas Investment Management Company (“UTIMCO”), a Texas nonprofit corporation, is effective November 13, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), and supersedes all earlier agreements by and between the U. T. Board and UTIMCO regarding the subject matter hereof.
