Staff has been working with Strand Associates to develop a sidewalk connection along Lockport Street from Meadow Avenue heading east to Indian Boundary Road. This pedestrian gap has been identified on the Villages Transportation Plan. Attached it the IDOT proposal form to perform this important engineering design work including the drawings, bid specifications and related work. Construction oversite of the project would be performed by Village Staff.
