This Agreement must be fully executed by UNIVERSITY and INSTITUTION prior to arrival of INSTITUTION’s RESIDENT at UNIVERSITY for clinical rotation and before RESIDENT performs clinical services at UNIVERSITY or at a UNIVERSITY-affiliated health care facility.
