This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered by and between The Woodlands Township (the "Township"), a political subdivision duly organized under the laws of the State of Texas, duly created and operating pursuant to Chapter 289, Acts of the 73rd Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 1993 as amended and Montgomery County, Texas, a county and political subdivision of the State of Texas ("County"), pursuant to Chapter 791, TEX. LOC. GOV’T CODE, The Interlocal Cooperation Act, and shall be effective on the date it is fully executed by both Parties (the "Effective Date"), for the purpose of a Mosquito Surveillance and Testing Program.
